Site 1: Provided Field Operation Management and Quality Assurance Services, leading a team of 25 personnel and subcontractors, in performing a $23 million remediation project at five Installation Restoration (IR) program sites (1A, 1A-1, 1D, 1H & 30); though current services are complete, there is a 5-year maintenance plan in place that IOEI will be managing

Site 2: Provided Project Management and QC support for the excavation and removal of approximately 400,000 cubic yards of certified clean soil which was transported off Base to a formerly used borrow pit location and is now a free resource for the Base to be used for future projects saving approximately $4 million both in time and money

Site 3: Provided total oversight for the construction of 8, 20-foot tall berms at Firing Range 117A; work included prep work, mobilization, transportation of 40k cubic yards of clean soil to area, construction of the berms, drainage engineering, and demobilization
